Manufacturing Transition
HEI has significant experience in high volume transition support. Activities include; product and process documentation, manufacturing and test procedures, functional test equipment design and fabrication, and contract manufacturer selection and set-up support.
HEI has set-up a domestic manufacturing facility that has made over 100,000 devices.
HEI has set-up up offshore manufacturing lines at 3rd party contract manufacturing facilities that have made over 200,000 devices. These lines have been in South Korea, China and Japan.
